What is Home Score?
Hi. My name is Logan Rhue, owner and operator of Home Score, LLC.
I'm 26 years old and am very passionate about owning a home inspection business. I started this company after working various jobs in different trades including electrical, plumbing, masonry, and general contracting to name a few.
Though I am younger than most business owners and among the youngest of home inspectors, I strongly feel that the right attitude towards learning and adapting to change can forge the best any industry has to offer.
As time goes on, the construction industry changes and adapts to new rules. More complex systems and materials are introduced into the industry in efforts to make homes more energy efficient, cheaper, or just unique. Home inspectors play a vital role when it comes to ensuring safety of the public and to help protect consumers from coming into harms way from inexperienced tradesmen or when mistakes happen.

Home inspectors are not often the favorite person in the room. All we do is point out flaws. This alone is not what gives home inspectors a bad reputation, but it's when we are inaccurate, overstate, or are unprofessional in our reports and communication that often causes damage to others and ourselves.
Home Score is committed to providing accurate, thorough, and professional communication when interacting with all in our profession. We are not just in the home inspection business, but in a people business. My love for people has moved me to start this company to help every property owner live a life of ease when it comes to knowing their home inside and out and giving them helpful tools along their ownership journey. My love and respect for qualified trade professionals has also motivated me to ensure all inspection reports and communication with their clients are honest, dignified, and forthcoming. Home Score does not seek to disrespect or tarnish the reputation of any professional we interact with.
I am proud to offer assistance where and when appropriate for people of all backgrounds and skills. We are all people and deserve to call a house a home and a building a safe place.
